Can't thank the team at the garage enough. From the minute I brought the car in they advised me the work that had to be done and kept me informed all the time. Job was done to the highest standard also gave me a courtesy car. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all things bmw. Would recommend this garage for all things bmw.
Took my car here ,, very unprofessional approach to customer service,, car went in with a visible fault,, and it came back out with the same visible fault still reading they say its away all because they switched a engine light off to make it gone from the eye,,, left the garage feeling robbed ....
I have been to this place a few times. It was fine for car service at a reasonable price. However, he did some electric work on my car recently that was charged at a high rate and he made a mess of it. Later, he told me that he hadn't done that sort of repair before. It really broke my trust in his honesty. I wouldn't be going to his garage again.
I can't recommend this place enough. Just had my bumper repaired and I'd swear it looks like they've put on a brand new one! The price they quoted was literally less than a third of what Mercedes quoted me. My car's back to looking brand new and I'm chuffed to bits. It's not just BMWs and Mercedes they do either! All cars and vans. Thanks so much xx
