Bought a second hand car from someone a few weeks back, diesel 1.9 cdti Zafira. Receipts in the car from this garage, lots of them, servicing, handbrake cable and one stating timing belt and full kit including pump was done 13,000 mile ago, belt has just collapsed, something wasnt done properly and metal shavings all over the place, dont know how the belt hasnt snapped completely and how we havent lost the engine completely but needless to say someone fckd up or lied big time. Now regardless of buying a second hand car and taking your chance a timing belt shouldnt go 13,000 mile after the full kit has supposedly been done!!!
