I was so pleasantly surprised by the super customer service provided by James. all my questions were answered with patience and satisfactorily. I was quite wary about going to a dealer a didn't know but soon knew I was in safe hands. I will be coming back when I change my car and can reassure anyone that they will be well looked after.
Clare Bryce looked after me from the moment I wandered onto their forecourt. Great selection of cars which Clare patiently allowed me to properly check out. From start to completed deal Clare was open, honest and helpful, I couldnt have asked for anymore from her. Gavin R took care of the paperwork and gave me a very respectable deal indeed, great guy too. Both members of staff made the whole experience one of the best buyer experiences to date and thats no mean feat having bought around 15 cars during my lifetime!!
