Staff are very friendly. We recently bought a qashqai which my hubby and I were very pleased with. A couple of days later we noticed one of the tyres was worn more on the outside. We returned and asked if we could have it checked out. Mechanic said it was fine, but I still wasn't pleased. As we were cash buyers, I feel at the least they should have replaced it for us, as this tyre will have to be replaced before the others. Very Unsatisfied customer!!

Said yes to a car based on a small numbers of repairs being repaired and an outstanding recall organised before we took the car. Cameron and his manager promised this would happen. The repair were not carried out nor was the recall. This car was for my fiance and our son. AVOID AT ALL COST.
