Waited a week for a car to be delivered from here to a local ford by me promised that I would love the car went to look at the car and 3 nice big stone chips on bonnet that I apparently wouldn't be able to see, pipes the bonnet and there was no coolant in the expansion tank and then when i tell sales man car is no good for me this store phones me saying they sold me the car when they didn't and had appalling attitude on the phone good look trying to sell cars with that attitude.
Great service at the peoples livingston branch. Been buying all my new cars from Craig for the last 15 years. I do not live locally and am willing to travel 50 miles past other Ford dealerships to go there as I know the service is far superior. All staff are great from the management down. Keep up the good work Gordon, Craig and the team. See you all next year.
