Amazing service! Carol Lawton was very helpful and attentive to ensure the sale of our home went smoothly. Fantastic service. Simon Thomas sold my house, which was mid-renovations, without too much hassle and for a fair price. He counselled me on what was a good offer and what was not, and he was always available and helpful. Various parties in the sale added a bit of drama right at the eleventh hour, but Simon stepped in, smoothed everything over and made sure everything went through without too much stress. I purchased a house which was marketed by Remax Livingston. The agent, Carol Lawton was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. By the end of my first phone call with Carol I was desperate to view the house. She followed up the viewing and I made an offer which was accepted. Carol is a lovely lady and anyone who is fortunate enough to have her as their agent will receive an excellent service.
