Absolutely brilliant service as usual that's why we enjoy going back
Stayed here over new year's, nice and quiet if you get a room facing the petrol station at the front, great nights sleep and decent price, could do with rooms being updated a bit bit would book again.
Very clean room and comfy beds. The beefeater restaurant has lovely food and service is quick and they cant do enough for you. Will definatley be back.
Never used a Premier Inn before but turned out to be the best option. Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Free WiFi (Just to log in every time which is not a problem) and spacious rooms. Hotels where we wanted for a weekend away were expensive but we paid a good price by staying here. Already planning next year's trip to Scotland. Ideal base for Livingston designer outlet and also links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Great location off the M8
Good place to stay to visit Edinburgh and a great deal cheaper than staying in the city. Clean rooms and a handy beefeater. If you want snacks then across the road at the BP garage is a M&S food outlet. Our receptionist could have been friendlier on arrival, but she might have just had a bad day. The staff at the Beefeater where excellent and very disabled friendly. Food was good also.
