Drove from Southampton to see my son and booked this place ,, staff told me on the phone can get in room .By 12 , turned up for this time and the management said no one would tell u this , it was not till I proved I was right they said ok , no I'm sorry ,,,got into the room and stood on a tomato that was not removed from last people , shower door did not close unless u forced it to , hot tap on sink did not work , radiator did not work , and don't even get me started on the bathroom tiles , but on a good hand , the bar staff was amasama , ,,, never ever go there again , it was vile , dirty , discusting , and management was rude , and no I'm sorry are standards were not up to scratch .

These staff are warm and friendly. New premises with great food. Well worth a visit.
It is a little Hotel, under reconstruction. But the service was good, the staff super friendly, the room and the bed was comfortable.It is not a family hotel in my opinion, but I would choose this place again when I am coming back to the area next time.
