Amazing food and drinks. Lovely staff and just a great place to spend some time with the family
We had a lovely lunch in here this afternoon. We both had the steak sandwich with chunky chips. Both sandwiches were cooked to perfection, steak just melted in the mouth - amazing!! Chips were spot on too. For pudding we got the sticky toffee pudding and the melt in the middle chocolate pudding. To be honest the puddings were a bit of a let down, they were both too dry and needed more sauce. (and more ice cream !!) Portion sizes were decent and overall good value for money.
Family party of 12 including 3 children plus a babe in arms. Previously booked of course. Welcome was good and friendly. Waitress service was excellent throughout our meal. The menu was varied allowing a good choice. Our meals were considered by all to be excellent. Would recommend it to anyone wishing something different to the usual run of the mill restaurant.
Gorgeous quirky cozy place. The starter, veg chilli nachos was amazing. Haggis ciabatta for main was also delicious & big portion for a light lunch. Forking mess meringue for desert was just lovely. Staff friendly. Will definitely be back! :D
Lovely quirky establishment, with lovely food. Me and my partner shared a starter and it was huge, but lovely. The drink selection is huge, especially the gins, which I had to try :) Nice clean toilets. Had live music later on the night, which was lovely to see. We did struggle to get parked however, but I think that just shows it's a good place to go.
