Had my 2 cats in to be spayed. Staff were all really lovely and caring to both myself and cats. Scars were almost invisible from day 1 and they seemed to be in no pain. Brilliant surgeon, so grateful....

Yet again profit before pet it never ends, straight in with the most expensive treatment that wasnt required

My partner took our cat in for a check up as her breathing was erratic. Without even a basic examination they wanted to start treatment for TB! (They asked if we had insurance), yet she displayed no other symptoms of TB and she is an indoor cat. We went to another vet for a second opinion who said TB is the last course of action and provided some antibiotics for a viral infection (2 weeks on she is much better). Vets4pets called us for feedback on why we went to another vet who then started making up false stories that led her to diagnose TB (ie that our other cat was unwell which was completely untrue) she then proceed to ask for another 15 for another test they had done and if we paid they would release the results. This test wasnt discussed with us and as far as we were concerned we had settled the bill of 240 for a consultation and blood tests! My reason for 1 star is the pushiness down a route that was not appropriate at the time and would have cost a significant amount of money. And the follow up call was completely inappropriate. Will never use them again...stick to a local and independent vet!
