Every time I have been in asda I have had no bother and the staff have been polite and very helpful i have asked a member of staff to help me find an item and they have took me to the item
Not happy today I bought a present for my mums birthday and it happened to be alcohol. Payed for the item, Id was approved and was about to leave when I was asked if my friend was my friend I replied yes cos I wasnt going to lie we had already been seen together. I was then told I had to return the gift and I couldnt leave with it. I am not sure why I was allowed to buy it in the first place if it was such a big deal. I dont understand how cos I am younger I am treated like this when if I was 30 or something Im sure it would have been okay. Massive inconvenience, money is still not back in my account and her birthday is tomorrow. If I was buying for minors would you seriously think I would be thick enough to bring them into the shop with me... wish I had just left I mean I had already baught it.
The car park requires you to pay which means having change (who carries change?!). There's hardly any fresh meat or fish. Their opening hours are pretty random and disconnected from what they advertise
Had to write this to let you know about a member of staffOn Christmas Eve my daughter and I after a long day shopping in livi for Christmas we thought we would do the Christmas food shop as you all know the shelfs are always stocked up we done a big shop So we then went to self scan I put 4 bags on to put shopping in to knowing I would need more and from the back of me a lady in a yellow jacket said you have to scan and I said I do so have way through the shopping i 2 more bags and scanned 6 bagsI had only used 5 I put all my shopping trolley with the receipt II turned round to help my daughter who has disabilitys with her shopping and turned to find the lady in the helpers jacket in my trolley checking my receipt I asked what do you think your doing she said ( checking you paid for bags ) I said I had told you I had I was so shocked that she had done this Should it not have been if I walked out the store they have the right to check but doing this in store The staff member was Mary I was so angry as the people in front of me took 9 bags and did not pay for any NOT HAPPY
I dont like the new layout in the store. The tv/electrical/CD/DVD/Computer section has all been moved from its long known location and merged into long aisles as part of the main store. Its now cold, impersonal and difficult to find anything. Talk about if its not broken then dont try and fix itPlease put it back the way it was!
