What can I say. Saves your granny the trip into livingston..it's quite community driven and you will not get a tastier meal/snack than at breed and butter. Avis the cafe boss has her own rustic charm but after you get through the tough exterior she's a diamond
It's ok, some useful shops, good parking
This used to be a thriving shopping centre in the 70'80's and early 90's - now it's a shadow of what once. The bakers who was there from 66 to 2015 is gone and it's so sad. There was 3 bank 2 hairdressers a post office 2 cafe's a fishmonger a big store and a small one a bakers a barber a lawyers a bookies a taxi rank a chip shop a clothes shop a chemist a newsagent a library and an opticians but all that is left from this is the opticians. Depressing
My shopping area as I live here we have all you need from baker post office spectacle second hand shop hairdresser co op. And more worth a visit
Was pleasantly surprised at just how many new shops were now here. Mall nice and clean shops well laid out
