Very Professional The time between sending a picture of the problem and him arriving at the house was about 25 minutes. Explained everything that he did and tested everything thoroughly before he left, would recommend Livingston Plumber
Communication was very good, kept me informed of arrival time, including a slight overrun with previous job. Completed job to fix toilet cistern satisfactorily, at lower end of estimate ,and talked me through task so I felt confident that what was being done was needed. Very pleasant manner and did the job very cleanly, removing all old parts and leaving the work area as he found it. No hesitation in recommending.
