Following a calf injury last year, I was treated by Leona and found her to be first rate. The extent of my injury was clearly explained, as were the treatment and recovery exercises. Leona's prognosis was spot on and my recovery time was more or less exactly as she predicted.Leona is very professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
I can't recommend leona enough!! I train at a quite a high level and have suffered a few decent injuries were Leona has quickly although professionally identified and treated them. She talked me through everything & explained what she would be doing, answering any questions. Leona is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. I find myself looking forward to my next appointments! 10/10!!
