Slightly better than Fish keepers Braehead, but a long way to go
BE WARNED! DO BUY FISH HERE. They would happily sell you fish with parasite and nasty diseases without any warning. Extremely questionable business practice. This is just a fellow hobbyist giving a sincere warning to other hobbyist. Please read this review. Went to buy some saltwater fish and they sold me some diseased fish riddled with parasites. how can I be sure it's this shop you might ask. When I went, the fish in the display tank was scratching against the rocks and sand, but as a beginner I didn't think much of it and I didn't introduce anything new into my tank within the past 4 months. Obviously the shop keepers know their fish has parasite, and yet they still sold me the fish without any warning. Few days after I brought the fish home, all my other fish in my tank are showing signs of white spots and scratching as well, so I did some research and it's a parasite called "Marine Ich". It's a nasty parasite that once introduced into your tank, it's like an STD, you will never be able to get rid of it. I used to think since they are a big franchise they would treat their fish well and would have a good reputation and not sell me any diseased fish but my god I was wrong. The fish I got was a rare and expensive goby, they know it's diseased and wanted to get rid of it soon, so they sold me the fish anyways just to make sure they sell the fish ASAP and doesnt lose any money. After a week, the goby fish they sold me has died after having white dots around it's body, and my other fish are showing signs of white dots as well. Now I am extremely worried my other used to be healthy fish would die too.Do NOT think you would get lucky and be fine, you will eventually get diseased fish from this shop if you keep shopping here and introduce some nasties into your tank. YOU REALLY DO NOT WANT THIS. Personally I would never shop here again.

Was at fishkeeper at Dobies today to buy our first fish tank. The boys couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem and the guy who served us was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain the difference in types of tanks etc. Highly recommend these guys.. We are going back next week to pick some fish for our new tank
