Helpful and friendly staff
Constantly changing dentists, have appointments being booked in for not a long enough time or for the wrong thing.
Been at this dentist a few years and it was amazing. My dentist has now left & has been replaced by a female dentist. Saw female dentist on Friday got 3 days antibiotics for an abscess but had to phone for more antibiotics on the Monday as it wasnt completely better.Was given appointment for 10:50am traveled from Whitburn arrived at 10:45 waited until 11:15 during the time I waited 2 patients just walked in the door after my appointment time and where taken instantly and after asking reception I was now told after 30 minutes of being there that shed set up for another patient after me (who had also just arrived) so Id have to wait. New dentist totally useless unprofessional and doesnt have a clue which patient she is meant to be seeing.I wont be back Ive cancelled future appointment and registered with another practice.
Used to hate the dentist, hated injections & the dentist here is fantastic. No soreness with the needle, very very courteous & kind & very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone with a fear of dental treatment.
