Shocking and rude staff. My girlfriend was 3 mins early for her overpriced appointment. But was still met by a horrible human being at the front desk who was rude and told my girlfriend she should have been there 5 mins early not just 3. She was verbally abusive and caused a scene in a room full of waiting customers. To the point my girlfriend left the building upset and embarrassed. We both work in customer service and find this ridiculous and have no clue how this woman is in a job. Will never be back and will 100 percent be taking this further.

Wish there was a minus button. My husband has just arrived home after a 6 month check up appt. The dentist he saw scaled and polished his teeth at this appt and caused bleeding and pain in his gums. She was brutal in the way she worked on him ! No need for that kind of treatment. Needless to say he will not be going back and is now booked in with my dentist !!!!
Maybe I have just been unlucky! I am now with another practice which we are very happy with the treatment we receive and they actually make a difference. Wish we had found them sooner.
